Located on the corner of Haysboro Avenue and Gallatin Pike, The Haysboro is a mixed use, multi-family, residential project in Nashville Tennessee. The development of the projects streetscapes address planting in the layering of species at different levels of typography, so when passing the project via the street, the eye is exposed to vegetation along the buildings three exposed facades. Urban bioswales along the North and West facades permit rich native plantings, to absorb stormwater run off from the sidewalks and linear porch. A permeable paver parking lot permits groundwater recharge, working in tandem with the urban bioswales on site, to address stormwater runoff.
