Located in Northern Mississippi, the project seeks to create a new recreational and healing community on the site of former farmland. The design connects central and detached residences to both the natural landscape and the recreational opportunities throughout the campus. The site contains sport, craft, and agricultural engagement for residents, while providing numerous public spaces for recreation and appreciation of the rural setting. Considerations to both the topography and scenic vistas of the property played major roles in the masterplan and planting strategies of the project, and sought to keep a strong, personal, connection to the land through its scenic and recreational programs.
