Located to the South of Downtown Nashville, the project is a private residence situated on former farmland. The design seeks to retain elements of the sites agricultural past, while creating the clients desired amenities in the rural landscape. The approach to the residence is planted with an alley of canopy trees, leading to the front drive and car port. Situated around the primary house are a variety of amenities, including sports courts, gardens, and swimming pool. The design features extensive field space for grazing animals, and chicken coop within the house garden.
