North of downtown Nashville, US 41 is a mixed use project located on the corner of Lorraine Avenue and Dickerson Pike. The design incorporates commercial space and parking, linked together by pedestrian public spaces and parklets. Engagement of the site ,through various accessible heights, enables a greater experience to the urban fabric of Nashville, and provides layers of engagement to events throughout the site.
