Located in the Chestnut Hill Neighborhood of Nashville, the project is an urban infill, multi-family, residential development that seeks to provide high capacity housing on a relatively small site. The planting design seeks to address the street, providing new street trees and plantings along the frontage of the projects townhomes. This planting scheme is extended the to the units at the back of the property, addressing the pedestrian walkway and sides of buildings C and D. This enables the residential units of the project to be situated in lush plantings, while reducing the impact of the rear parking infrastructure.
