Located on what is now an abandoned site, Due West is a mixed use residential project that seeks to foster a rich community through its public art , commercial space, and residences. The project is centered around its green spaces, with a focus on its pedestrian experience within its streets, central commons, and outdoor leisure spaces. Due West will also feature co-working spaces, health and wellness opportunities, cultural events around its central lawn and plaza, and will create a new center of community in Madison.
